Sales CRM for a property developer

Problem. Units, offers and payments were tracked across chats and sheets.

Built. A web CRM with unit inventory, offers, reservations, payment plans, approvals and PDFs.

Result. In daily use by the sales team.

Problem. Visa, Emirates ID and passport dates lived in spreadsheets, and IT requests got lost in email.

Built. A portal for document expiry, role-based access, IT assets and email-to-ticket support.

About

From office clerk to building the systems

I started as an office clerk in 2020, moved into IT on site, and now build the systems myself, with AI as a partner. I like fixing the boring, repeated work that slows a team down.
